All information obtained for this contest will be used only for the purposes of conducting the contest. In particular, Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Halifax Port Authority for the purpose of administering this contest and is subject to the Privacy Act (Canada). Entrants will be given the opportunity to “opt in” to receive information relating to new and existing products and upcoming promotions of the Halifax Seaport by e-mail. The Halifax Port Authority will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by them to fulfil the above purposes or as permitted or required by law.
