The Java Factory Roasting Company is the premiere specialty coffee roaster in Nova Scotia. Located in Halifax on the waterfront next to the Garrison Brewing Company, we specialize in small batch, gourmet roasting of unique coffees from around the world.  Our coffees include many types of Fair Trade Certified & Organic coffees, as well as conventional and specialty coffees. Our coffees are traditionally roasted and blended daily by the fantastic Java Factory Roastmaster, Louis Zwicker, to ensure their quality and freshness. You can also try our coffees; brewed, latte’d or mocha’d by one of our fabulous Java Factory Café team members! While you're here, why not try a freshly made Mayan Chipotle panini witha slice of mouth-watering Zuccotto for dessert? Sit in and enjoy the Spanish-influenced atmosphere, or eat out and take in the sun on our patio, the choice is yours!  Small as we might be, we’re changing the way Nova Scotians drink coffee!  The secret of our great coffee is easy - we love coffee, we love what we do, and we believe that everyone deserves great coffee!
