On International Dance Day, get swept away by a the passion of flamenco. Two performances of Camino Flamenco will heat up the Museum. The three-part multimedia music/dance/art experience takes viewers on a journey of flamenco music, dance and projections of Spanish art and textiles from Andalusia. The percussive music and fiery dances are surrounded by rich projections that illuminate dance’s themes of identity, home and our shared “camino,” path. Join us for one of the two performances, at 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm, or stay for both.
Camino Flamenco is a collaboration between Flamenco en Rouge and Robin Muller and David Howard of NSCAD University.
